These terms of service cover all Skelna software tools.

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using any Skelna product, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Skelna products.

2. Description of Service

Skelna provides professional software tools for modern teams. Products may include a free tier and an optional paid Pro subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with all applicable third-party platform terms when using Skelna tools.
  • You may only use Skelna software tools with accounts, systems, and information you are allowed to access.
  • You may not use Skelna products for spam, harassment, or any illegal purposes.
  • You are responsible for how you use Skelna tools in your workflows.

4. Free Tier

The free tier is provided as-is with the limits stated in each product. Skelna reserves the right to modify free tier limits with notice.

5. Pro Subscription

Paid Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are governed by the Skelna Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Skelna owns all rights to its software, brand, website, and product materials. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative versions of Skelna software tools.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Skelna software tools are provided as-is. We do not guarantee analysis accuracy, uninterrupted service, availability of third-party platforms, or specific business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skelna's liability is limited to the amount you paid to Skelna in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Skelna may suspend or terminate access to accounts or subscriptions that violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users, Skelna, or third-party platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

Skelna may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of any Skelna product after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
